We are a friendly family orientated club with the emphasis on camaraderie and safety. Our members are able to fly seven days a week with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays being the most popular.

The club boasts some great facilities including covered and fenced pit areas connected by taxi ways two 100m concrete runways and large grassed areas. Visitors are of course always welcome and are well catered for with a covered and enclosed area, a fenced grass area with seating and toilet facilities.

AWA/MAAA members are welcome to visit and fly at our club, just introduce yourself and have a member sign you in - but please don’t forget your MAAA card.

If you are new to aeromodelling and want to learn to fly, come along, introduce yourself and we will help you get started. If you already have a airplane then bring that with you and we will happily check it over. There is always knowledgeable people around with loads of experience and helpful advice. Once we are satisfied with your models' air worthiness one of our experienced MAAA instructors will assist you to fly it.

Please appreciate that our instructors are volunteers and will take all the necessary precautions to make your flying safe and enjoyable but take no responsibility for mishaps or accidents.

We look forward to seeing you at the field.
